All video tutorials are non-refundable. If you purchased a video tutorial you already own or purchased the wrong video tutorial by mistake - email us and we will exchange it for another video tutorial of your choice. 

You can request a refund on Zoom event tickets up to 24h prior to the beginning of the event. Zoom events are non-refundable less than 24h before the event starts. 

Optional tips on free events are also non-refundable.

To request a refund - please email us at artistspalettedurham@gmail.com. with your order number, the name of the item purchased, and the reason for requesting a refund. Once your refund request is approved - the refund will be issued the same day. It may take up to 10 business days for it to be complete due to bank processing times.
